Hello, I am Ashlan James. I focus on designing props, backgrounds, and storyboards but my true goal is to run my animation studio where I can publish my own stories. I got into the animation industry with the sole goal of being able to feature more people who have disabilities and having them as the main characters. I hope that my stories and animations can give a visual aid to those who have and don't have these disabilities so that they can see what life is like with them. Animation has played a big part in my life, and I hope to be able to make it a big part of somebody else's life in the future.

I use my skills in time management and organization to give the same amount of focus on several projects at the same time. Currently, I’m working on a pitch bible for an original animation called The Roles Not Seen, designing props for a project for a diner layout, and illustrating backgrounds in grayscale.
